Delivery Policy
- All credits are redeemable at 29 Group outlets as full or partial payment for products.
- The credits purchase is valid for one (1) year.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Credits are non-transferrable to other users.
- You shall at all times ensure that you have sufficient credits to carry out any intended payment through this account.
- You agree that the management may impose a minimum amount that can be purchased as credit and also the maximum amount permitted to be stored and purchased in this account at any given time.
The management may change these amounts at any time at the management sole discretion.
- Users shall be responsible for the safekeeping of users’ account login information. We shall not be made liable or responsible for any and all liabilities, losses and/or damages that may be incurred and/or suffered by users as a result of failing to keep account login information.
- You are responsible to check your transaction history regularly and keep track for your credit through account history to ensure the credit balance is correct.
You acknowledge and agree that the credit purchased herein does not constitute a banking account or any form of deposit. No interest, dividends or other payments shall be accumulated or payable to you on the balance or other benefits held in this account.
Refund Policy
- Credit purchased is non-refundable.
- Your account will expire if not used or is inactive for one (1) years from the last transaction date (inclusive of activation and last reload date).
- If during the payment, your card/bank account is charged twice then please provide us both the transaction no. /order ID which you would have received after making the payment. You may also further verify this in the bank statement of Card/Account. Upon verification and tracking of both your payments. One will be acknowledged by us and the other one will be reversed to you. Please note that normally refund cases takes anywhere up to 14 working days to process.

- You agree that by registering for the Account, you consent for your personal information / data disclosed herein to be used and/or disclosed in accordance with Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
- For a better experience while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address and postal address. - The information supplied and collected from you shall be used to respond to the requirements of a civil or criminal legal process and/ or for regulatory compliance purposes and/or as required by law or regulation (including the European Union member states).
- The information supplied and collected from you shall be used for audit, compliance and risk management.
- The information supplied and collected from you may be used for marketing purposes.
You agree not to hold us liable for any loss and damage whatsoever arising from your failure to keep information relating to your account secure and confidential, or for any acts or omissions under your account or from your use of this App.

- The management reserves the right to amend, modify, add or remove any provisions under these Term & Conditions at any time as the management deems fit and necessary and such changes shall become effective upon upload of the terms.
- The management reserved the right of final decision in case of disputes and may at any appropriate time and at its sole discretion to update these user policies.
